Great conversation about Aquarius, Vanessa & Safron! I would like to share some information about Mozart, who had Saturn, the Sun, Mercury, and Venus all in Aquarius. Mozart had a great respect for the music of the past (Saturn) and studied the music of Handel and J.S. Bach. In fact, he created his own edition of Handel’s oratorio, Messiah, including additional instruments into the orchestration. But he was also a visionary (Uranus). In a letter to his father, Mozart explained that he wanted to create music that was simple and direct enough for children to understand, yet sophisticated enough for adults as well. This desire to reach both young and old can be heard in a lot of his music, but especially his opera The Magic Flute.

Mozart was also a bit of a rebel (Aquarius). His father wanted him to remain in Salzburg and work for the Archbishop. But Mozart felt that Vienna was where his creativity could really blossom.

Pope Francis has both Moon and Venus in Aquarius. He loved listening to tangos and opera in his youth, and feels that the music of Mozart “lifts us up to God.”
