Refund Policy

All of our downloads have been tested to be working, with audible quality. You may listen to previews on most of our products to ensure that the audio quality meets your needs.

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on digital products. All sales are final.

If you live in an area where your internet connectivity has prevented you from downloading or viewing a live streaming event you’ve purchased, please email us at help@astrologyuniversity.com. In most cases we can get you recordings of what you’ve missed, and we’ll do our best to work with you to find an amicable solution.

Four-Year Program Bundle Subscription Policy

You are committing to purchase all 9 courses (a total of 10 payments) for the program year.
With the bundle payment plan option you have access to each course one week before the course begins.
There are no refunds for bundle payments, whether pay in full or payment plan.
Payment plans cannot be cancelled once they start.
If you cancel your payment plan payments with your payment provider without written permission, you will lose access to all course material.
For payment plan students: If there is an issue with your credit card and payment does not go through you will lose access to the course materials until payment has been made.

What if I have already purchased webinars included in the “Bonus Material” for a course?

Some courses contain “bonus” material in the form of a webinar or audio recording from our archives. We include this material to supplement the material taught in the course and offer it at no additional charge.

If you have purchased any of the bonus material previously we aren’t able to offer a refund due to the royalty agreements with the speakers.
