In this course we will explore the meaning of the outer planets Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.
The outer planets take us beyond “the real” and “the known”, signified by the planet Saturn. The outer planets describe “transpersonal” experiences and collective energies that push us to grow beyond social norms, to experience non-linear states of consciousness, and to restructure our lives while interacting with powerful forces outside our control.
We’ll explore the core themes and archetypal dynamics related to these powerful planets that Howard Sasportas calls the “gods of change.” We’ll apply what we learn to a enlightening chart examples. Through homework exercises, you’ll begin to speak the language of the outer planets.
We conclude the course with a look at the outer planets as generational signatures. Learn about the themes generations carry and embody in the collective and how the outer planets guide generational experience and expression.
