The Graphic Ephemeris was invented by Reinhold Ebertin (16.2.1901 – 14.3.1988) and first
used within the German ‘School of Cosmobiology’. This unique ephemeris is now standard in
many astrology software programmes. It offers a condensed and highly informative way of
following transits, enabling the visual tracking of planetary movements over a specific period
of time. A fun tool not to be without! Part I lays out the technique, with examples.
Studying our own experience of transits is a great way to learn about planetary inter-
relationship and cycles. This grounds the information and also nourishes a process of self-
reflection. In this session, we also learn by hearing each other’s experiences. An opportunity
to explore, ask questions and discuss the Graphic Ephemeris plus other techniques, as
applicable.
