The Venue
Our astrology events in Dublin are held at the Fumbally Stables.
Getting Around
Dublin is a walkable city. A 20 to 30 minute walk would be considered normal and accessible. Taxis are also very common. If you don’t feel like walking, you can easily locate a taxi using the apps Uber or FreeNow, or take the local Luas or Dart trains.
Dublin has become quite popular over the past few years and the population has grown. Because of this, there are certain neighbourhoods that are better than others to explore on foot.
In general, staying south of the Liffey River is best. If you venture north, the best places to visit include Phoenix Park, Stoneybatter and Howth. Other than these locations, staying south of the Liffey is recommended.
While Temple Bar is a popular tourist destination, it’s become a bit grimy in recent years. If you’re looking for that “Temple Bar feeling”, but in a nicer location, visit the area around St. George’s Arcade, Powerscourt TownHouse Centre, South William Street, Drury Street, and Exchequer Street. This area has become the “unofficial new Temple Bar,” and preferred by tourists.
